Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to all services agreed between Sté DigitalMaroc Modernisation Group SARL AU and its business clients: website creation, e-commerce, branding, digital marketing, print, store design, software development and related services.

Each service is covered by a free, detailed quote valid for 30 days. The order becomes firm upon signature of the quote (or written acceptance) and, where applicable, payment of the deposit stipulated therein.

Prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), excluding taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment terms (deposit, installments, balance on delivery) are specified in each quote. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Stated timelines run from receipt of all necessary elements provided by the client (content, access, approvals). Delays attributable to the client extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Unless otherwise stipulated in the quote, deliverables (website, source files, creative work) are transferred to the client upon full payment. The publisher's tools, methods and know-how remain its property.

The number of included revision cycles is specified in each quote. Maintenance and support services are covered by separate plans.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered office.
